About Me

A little about me...

I’ve always loved making up stories.

I started writing in earnest in 2011 after studying creative writing though I’ve many pages of teenage scribble filled with happy-ever-after tales. And that’s a theme that continues to this day.

With fifteen books completed and a sixteenth in progress, I still get the same buzz I’ve always done from creating characters and putting them in tough situations. The more I write, the tougher those situations become, with espionage, corruption and murder featuring in my later works.

But there’ll always be a happy ending for someone.

I’ve three projects on the go in 2026.

A novel entitled The Shadow of My Father is one I’ve chosen to divert toward the traditional publishing route, so I’m busy engaging with agents and publishers to find the best home for it. Think Succession in the UK.

Book 16 (working title Best Served Cold) is a revenge drama and the first draft is slowly appearing.

I’m collaborating with theatre professionals to get a full production of my play The Sisterhood Illusion put on this year.

I’ve already had one book signing with another planned, one author talk agreed and most excitingly, will be speaking at a literary festival later in the year. It’s going to be a great year.

When I’m not writing, I love visiting the theatre, gardening, visiting art museums, cooking and eating great, local food.

I now live in Norfolk with my husband and a constant stream of friends and family, all eager to share in our new country life.

It feels like there’s a novel to be written about the intrigues of an English village but for now I’m focused on revenge – the theme of Book 16…
